Alice Ainslie is the director of human resources. Before joining the Tribune, Alice was a people partner at Indeed, coaching a team of 60 senior leaders in engineering, spanning Europe and the Americas. Before Indeed, Alice built the human resources department at McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality to scale and meet the needs of 900 employees across multiple states. Raised in the Hudson Valley in New York, Alice attended the University of Vermont where she received her bachelor's degree in European history and was an editor of the history review.
