Monique Parker is a DEI and talent strategy leader with deep experience driving inclusive growth across top tech companies. Her work focuses on advancing representation, building equitable systems, and aligning people strategy with business impact. An Austin transplant from Tacoma, Washington, Monique has proudly called Austin home for the past 10 years. Outside of work, she’s a lover of great food, thriving plants and live music. She is deeply passionate about public policy and the role it plays in shaping more equitable communities. Monique is a graduate of the LBJ Executive Master of Public Leadership program at the University of Texas at Austin and a proud mother of two daughters. She balances leadership, curiosity and community wherever she goes.
